We are FSSA-OMPP Medicaid-certified and have contracts with Anthem, CareFirst, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Veterans Affairs (VA), workers' compensation insurance, and many other insurance companies, ensuring access to high-quality home care. We also provide private duty self-paid services, charging the same price as Medicaid reimbursement.
Our highly trained caregivers are W-2 employees, not contractors, and undergo thorough background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing. With RN oversight and regular supervisory visits, we create personalized, person-centered care plans that cater to the unique requirements of family caregivers.
We understand the importance of reliability, which is why we compensate all our caregivers fairly, earning at least $19/hr to $25/hr plus benefits. Our transparent pricing and fast response time, along with a backup caregiver system, ensure you receive the best support. Plus, our 24/7 support line guarantees assistance whenever you need it.

Hoosier Care Givers proudly welcomes family caregivers throughout Indiana and makes the transition process smooth and efficient by working directly with care managers and transferring caregivers alongside their loved ones whenever possible.
Because Hoosier Care Givers reduces costly recruitment expenses, we can reinvest those savings in our caregivers by offering higher pay rates and better opportunities. We proudly pay family caregivers between $21–$25 per hour in recognition of the invaluable care they provide to their families and communities.
